Standard Terms and Conditions for Online Services

I/We acknowledge that termination of this contract is not possible within the first 3 months and agree to give one calendar month's written notice to terminate this contract. Should I/we fail to pay my/our account I/we shall be liable for any collection, tracing and/or legal fees. I/we confirm that the above mentioned physical address shall be my/our domicilium citandi et executandi.


I/We indemnify Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being rendered, removal of the service and/or my/our computer equipment not being compatible.
Use of internet related services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD will not be liable for any loss of use, interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, direct, or otherwise, even if Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD or its agents will not be liable for any loss of data due to a software security breach, virus infection or any other form of data loss that can be incurred while connected to the internet or otherwise.


The applicant consents to the jurisdiction of any competent South African Magistrate's court for the adjudication of any legal dispute between Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD and the applicant and these terms and conditions will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of South Africa.


The applicant acknowledges that the terms and conditions hereof may not be varied or cancelled except in writing and signed by Luvhilo Connect PTY Internet Services CC and the applicant. In the event that any of the terms of this contract are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be severable from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Installation & Equipment

1 Installation includes the outside radio antenna on the roof, internal router, travel, labour, brackets, cable, antenna’s etc. The installation of the wireless internet system includes the connection of PC’s or equipment already networked to the internet (on the day of installation).
2 The wireless router Included in the installation is limited to the indoor wireless range of the router. Additional equipment to extend the wireless range on larger premises is optional.
3 Please note that there is absolutely no guarantee against lightning on the equipment. Please take the necessary precaution to avoid lightning damage.
4 Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD only supply and maintain wireless connections with the relevant content. Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD DOES NOT supply IT support or maintenance and their responsibility ends with the connection to the customer’s internal equipment.


Packages and payment options

5 I/We acknowledge that I/we will be charged additional fees for work or maintenance outside the normal equipment warranty required to be done by Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD. I/We agree that this additional work should be paid on receipt of invoice or alternatively it will be added to the monthly subscription fee.
6 Luvhilo Connect (PTY) LTD reserves the right to modify prices on one month’s notice and new pricing will apply to this agreement after the notice period unless the agreement is cancelled in writing by me/us.
8 Payment options:

  •  New installation hardware are payable before we commit on an installation date, upon completion pro-rate monthly days left will be invoiced according to data package. Example R199 divided per day = R6.63 per day

  • Monthly EFT payments to be made in advance, All fees are payable by the first day of each Month.ï‚·

  • Month (i.e. 1st January - 1st December)

  • All prices are VAT inclusive.

9 Cancelations:

  •  Month to Month contract cancellations require one calendar month’s written notice.

  • 24 Month contract client cancellation to be billed the outstanding difference for the remaining terms or clients radio equipment redeemed for the partial or full outstanding remaining contract balance.

  • 24 Month contract cancellation or termination of contract the equipment must be returned to Luvhilo Connect in 7 days in good condition and working order, if such conditions is not met and the equipment is damaged, vandalized, tampered with or parts missing the contracts holder will be billed the replacement costs of up to R7500-00 depending on the equipment used.

  • Equipment theft or a deliberate attempt not to return equipment after the service was stopped or terminated will be handed over to the credit bureau for further action.

  •  Complete Wireless installation – Hardware included

          Include – Outdoor Radio + Bracket + 10m Cable + Indoor Wi-Fi

Month to Month equipment upon purchase becomes the property of the client (the person or company whose details are on the application form) Outdoor equipment supplied will be refurbished with a 1 year warranty. If new equipment is required please indicate the R3950 charge. Please add the equipment to your insurance.

RUE Wireless Uncapped Internet and Voice
We do not throttle your speed, we do not shape the traffic and we have no fair use policy that kicks in after a certain amount of data used. Although we strive to keep the service as smooth as possible at Luvhilo Connect there are factors that are out of our control that might impact performance. Note contention ratio of 1:7 applied to wireless packages.
